Your private client portal opens with the videos you paid for already waiting in your Pile. Add the brief and footage when you're ready, then choose exact dates or leave them flexible for me to place.

That's fine. Booking secures the editing room, not a finished brief. You can leave a paid video in your Pile and decide what it is later.

Unused paid videos roll into the following month. If a rolled video still isn't used during that next month, it expires after that one rollover.

A shareable link is perfect — Drive, Dropbox, a Twitch VOD or whatever you already use. Long-form timestamps make things faster, but they're not required.

Sometimes. When an exceptional date is actually available, your portal marks it as request-only and shows any surcharge before you submit it. If I can't take the request, the PayPal hold is released.

Short form is vertical and under a minute. Long form is the longer horizontal work. It normally takes around twice the editing time, which is why it costs more and takes more room in my schedule.
